国民に伝えている。つまりあれかな

「高濃度の放射能汚染水が海へ

流れ出ているかもしれないけど

それを指摘されたところで

どうもできませんよ」

という投げやり的意味なのかな。それとも

「高濃度の放射能汚染水が海へ

流れ出ているかもしれないけど

ガイガーカウンターの数値でわかるだけで

目視確認できないので

なんとも言えませんよ」

っていうジョークなのかな。それとも

「高濃度の放射能汚染水が海へ

流れ出ているかもしれないけど

肯定もしないし否定もしませんよ」

という中立的おっさんみたいな立場で

国民に一応の言い訳をしてるのかな。いずれにしろ

こういう言葉に妙にひっかかる
