七度洗えば鯛の味

ってほどでもないけど

わりとうちの定番メニュー。

他のお刺身が売り切れで

刺身用の生小イワシがぽんと

陳列棚に残ってたりしたとき

この小っちゃいのを開いて

おろしショウガと醤油で頂く。

ハナは小鰯を開きにする際

梱包用の平たいプラスチック結束バンド

を少し切り取って

半分に折り曲げたものを

包丁代わりに使う。

初めてそのさばき方を見た時

へーっと感嘆した。

海の恵みに感謝。
